We are pleased to announce the establishment of cooperation with “VMG Technics”!
VMG is an international investment company, bringing together 25 companies. The company in the Baltic States, Poland and other European Union countries invests in wood processing and production of sustainable wood products, among others. The cooperation with VMG concerns the supply and implementation of EAM/CMMS and PM modules based on the ZMT platform for the following companies: UAB “VMG Akmenė”, UAB “SAKUONA” and AB “KLAIPEDOS MEDIENA”.

AB “KLAIPĖDOS MEDIENA”

This is one of the largest VMG Group companies in Lithuania. After more than a century of plywood production, it has abandoned this activity and started a new phase in the production of particleboard and kitchen furniture bodies with particleboard finishes.

UAB “SAKUONA”

Founded in 1994 in Plikiai, UAB “Sakuona”, a manufacturer of plywood components for beds, is now the largest producer of bent plywood in Lithuania and one of the largest in Europe. In the beginning, the company produced plywood components for beds, and now supplies the market with bed frames of various modifications, bed frames and sets of fully assembled bed and chair frames.

UAB “VMG Akmenės baldai”

The company specializes in the production of furniture with decorative veneer: bed frames, closets, chests of drawers, TV tables. The company’s manufacturing uniqueness lies in the production of wide pieces, while robotized solutions and the latest technologies make it possible to ensure efficient production processes and offer 3 million products a year, ensuring sales of 90 million eur.

On the occasion of the contract signing, we had the pleasure of being given a tour of the Akmene factory, which is impressive in its modernity.
