ZMT CMMS
ZMT CMMS is our proprietary CMMS system, which we designed from scratch using many years of experience gained during dozens of implementations. Our goal was to create, above all, a simple and intuitive tool that will improve and support the daily work of maintenance services.
The ZMT CMMS system enables the collection and analysis of the necessary data on the current condition of devices, buildings, installations, warehouse resources, necessary renovation works, reported failures and defects, purchase costs, or planned service activities.
Our system are 100% customizable and modifiable in order to develop any functionality at the Client’s request.

Classic application interface

The basic application provides access to all system functionalities. It ensures efficient response to failures, better organization of data, documents and information about maintenance processes.
Compatibility with other systems
The ZMT CMMS system allows for comprehensive integration with other software and devices. ZMT CMMS is compatible with the following systems:
- SCADA,
- MES,
- Andon,
- FA,
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Axapta, Dynamics).


The ZMT e-Mobile has been optimized for smaller, portable devices. Supported operating systems are iOS, Android, and Windows.
The platform is designed to improve the work of users who work in places where access to the central system is limited. The application can be use offline or online, depending on the data exchange needs. The implementation of the e-Mobile application allows users, among other things, to:
- execution of commissioned works;
- management of the warehouse assigned to them;
- acceptance, rejection of documents.
The main purpose of using the mobile application is to eliminate paper documents that act as intermediaries in collecting data then entered into the system, which may generate errors and delay the process.
