1. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Use of the website results in the collection and processing of personal data of visitors and users. The Controller may process personal data for the following purposes:

a. Responding to User Inquiries
The Controller processes personal data submitted through the contact form for the purpose of preparing an offer. Data will be used in particular to respond to questions submitted by the User, including for the preparation of an offer.
The legal basis for processing personal data is taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing data for the purpose of receiving a response is voluntary but necessary to obtain an answer or to receive an offer.

b. Recruitment
Users may participate in recruitment processes conducted by the Controller. The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with participation in recruitment is the User’s consent, provided by filling out the recruitment form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing data to participate in recruitment is voluntary but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

c. Promotional and Marketing Activities
The Controller intends to inform Users about current offers for clients. This may include sending personalized e-mails and newsletters.
The legal basis for such processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, in cases where electronic marketing is used, consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law).
For newsletter subscription, the legal basis is the consent of the clients (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary but necessary to receive commercial content and newsletters.

The Controller uses Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website or mobile app traffic. Google Analytics collects data on the number of visits, traffic sources, time spent on the site, user behavior, and other parameters.
