CMMS ZMT

ZMT cmms system is our advanced maintenance management system that offers comprehensive solutions in this field. Created from scratch, it is based on many years of experience gained during numerous implementations, which allowed for the development of a simple and intuitive tool that supports the daily work of maintenance services.

ZMT CMMS in its standard version includes all the functions necessary for modern maintenance department management. Additionally, the basic version of the system can be customized to the individual needs of the client at any stage of implementation. The system enables the collection and analysis of key data regarding the current condition of equipment, buildings, installations, inventory resources, necessary repairs, reported failures and malfunctions, purchasing costs, and planned maintenance activities.

The CMMS system is also available as a mobile application, optimized for smaller, portable devices. This facilitates the work of users in places where access to the central system is difficult.

The HxGN EAM system offered by Eurotronic supports key processes and manages data necessary for effective and efficient management of facilities requiring investment in their functionality.

The EAM system is an effective tool for increasing the return on investment in fixed assets by improving the availability and reliability of equipment, optimizing the costs of components and consumed energy, and ensuring the compliance of facility configurations with applicable regulations. The system significantly helps control costs associated with external contractors, suppliers, and their warranties for delivered components and services.

Eurotronic has gained extensive experience in building solutions based on the EAM system, individually tailored to the specific needs and conditions of the client's enterprise. This is possible thanks to the features of the EAM system that provide a flexible platform capable of creating custom configurations and almost unlimited integration with external systems.

e-Mobile

e-Mobile is a modern application that enables access to the ZMT CMMS system from mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, or PDAs. With this solution, employees can perform their duties from anywhere without needing access to the central version of the system, increasing their efficiency and flexibility.

As a mobile CMMS system, e-Mobile supports all its functions, and in the basic configuration, it includes the following features:

Previous implementations of the e-Mobile application have allowed users to perform assigned tasks, manage their assigned inventory, and approve or reject documents according to the workflow defined in the central system. The primary purpose of the application is to eliminate paper documents.

The e-Mobile application is compatible with CMMS, HxGN EAM, ZMT, E-Service, MP2, and SZEOR systems but can also be integrated with ERP systems such as SAP. It can be used in offline or online mode, depending on data exchange needs. Supported operating systems are iOS and Android.

SCHEDULER

Scheduler is an advanced tool for planning and scheduling work. The system enables the creation of detailed schedules in graphic form, taking into account resource availability, task priorities, and technical requirements. Scheduler helps manage the tasks of individual employees and their working hours.

Scheduler has an intuitive and clear interface that facilitates the creation of team work plans. The information available in Scheduler includes employee availability, team occupancy percentage for a given period, task priority, type of work, and industry.

The tool was designed with the needs and expectations of users in mind, making the final version of the application very intuitive and user-friendly, while still offering many advanced features.

PERMIT TO WORK

Permit to Work is a module integrating work management and maintenance. It is our response to the need to ensure the safety of individuals performing tasks in potentially hazardous environments. This tool allows for more effective identification of hazards, risk assessment, workflow management, and authorization of individuals or companies to perform specific tasks.

Our Permit to Work system offers functionalities that support the management of this process. The system allows for better management of work and failures, as well as quick registration of permits, their monitoring, and improved communication between different areas.

Our Permit to Work system is often offered as an additional module to our CMMS and EAM systems, making it an excellent complement to their functions.

GANTT

The Gantt module is a graphical tool for CMMS/EAM class maintenance systems that enables the application of planning and project management methods using Gantt charts.

Gantt charts are used to plan activities involving multiple entities, both at the team and group levels. They show the sequence of subsequent events, including tasks performed simultaneously. The graphical visualization of the project significantly improves the efficiency of planning, control, and review of activities.

Eurotronic Gantt is a browser-based application. Unlike desktop applications, it provides access to prepared visualizations from any computer connected to the Internet, supporting remote work.

The Gantt module is an independent solution that, in its standard version, is configured to work with systems such as Eurotronic ZMT or HxGN EAM. However, it does not exclude the possibility of integration with other systems.
